1. Digital Products – No Refund Policy

All products sold on https://invitationandgreeting.com/ are digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Digital invitations

  • Digital & printable greeting cards

  • Animated reels & video invitations

  • Printable PDF files

  • Canva-editable templates

  • Customized digital designs

Due to the intangible and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

2. Exceptions – When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

✔ The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
✔ The wrong product was delivered
✔ The download link does not work and we are unable to resolve the issue
✔ A technical error occurred during payment resulting in duplicate charges

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

❌ Change of mind after purchase
❌ Lack of knowledge on how to use Canva or digital files
❌ Incompatibility with third-party software or devices
❌ Failure to read product descriptions before purchase
❌ Delays caused by incorrect email address provided by the customer

4. Customized / Personalized Orders

All customized or personalized digital products are strictly non-refundable once work has started or the design has been delivered.

This includes:

  • Name-based designs

  • Photo-based designs

  • Custom animations

  • Client-specific layouts or text changes

5. Cancellation Policy

Since our products are delivered digitally:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled after design work has begun

Please contact us immediately if you face any issues before delivery.

6. Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
